This just in from Julian Thomas. For any art aficionados planning to attend Warpstock, there is a new exhibition appearing at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, approximately 15km from the Valhalla Inn.

With only three weeks left before Warpstock 2007 in Toronto, have you made all of your arrangements to attend?

Although our guaranteed room block booking period at the hotel has expired, you can still book a room at the Warpstock 2007 rate. As previously announced, we had to finalize the number of tickets for Social Outing at Stage West Dinner Theatre - Friday November 16th. This has been done but it may still be possible to get additional tickets for that evening. This is not guaranteed but we will try. Please contact registrations@warpstock.org by e-mail to make your request known. This should be done as soon as possible.

We look forward to seeing you at the Valhalla Inn in Toronto between November 15th and 18th, 2007 for Warpstock 2007.

Have you booked your hotel room yet? Warpstock has a new deadline of October 21, 2007 to reserve hotel room in the guaranteed room block.

*** NOTE: The hotel has granted us an extension to the cutoff date for our guaranteed room block until October 21, 2007 ***

Once we reach the cutoff date, any unreserved rooms from our current reserved block will be released for general sale by the Valhalla Inn.

I would suggest booking at Valhalla Inn either by using the toll free phone number 1-800-268-2500 or by booking via e-mail at reservations@valhalla-inn.com as the online booking seems to have problems.

The Social Outing at Warpstock 2007 is at Stage West Dinner Theatre.

Warpstock has a deadline of October 14, 2007 to confirm the number of tickets that we need.

If you wish to attend this outing, please get your tickets reserved before October 14th.

This can be done by going to the registration page and reserving your tickets http://www.warpstock.org/staticpages/index.php?page=ws2007_registration .

Once we reach the cutoff date and we confirm the total number of tickets needed, we may not be able to get additional tickets. At that time, any unrequested tickets from our current reserved block will be released for general sale by Stage West.
