Charges to Credit Cards

Some persons have questioned 'when' their credit cards will be charged.

Credit Cards for the Holiday Inn Select will not be charged by Warpstock-X. It will be passed to the hotel as a 'guarantee' that you will use the reservation and they will hold a room for you at the special Warpstock price which is $40.00 CDN less than the rack rate. If you do not cancel and do not show up you will be charged for one night. This is standard hotel practice. Your actual charges will occur when you do leave the hotel after Warpstock.
Credit Cards for Warpstock-X will be charged on Monday October 2 and notification of this will be emailed to you.
Credit Cards for Courtesy Transportation from/to Detroit Metropolitan Airport to the Holdiay Inn Select will also be charged on Oct 2.
