Note 2: Due to the venue for this year's event, we have a hard deadline of August 15 to confirm our attendance with the hotel. Early registration is strongly urged!

• A ten percent (10%) discount applies to registrations received prior to July 16th.
  
• A five percent (5%) discount applies to registrations received between July 16th and August 1st.
  
• Discounts will be reflected in your shopping cart.

Note 3: Due to the venue for this year's event, student registrations are not free. Please use this form to register (and see note 2, above).

Note 4: If you are in need of any special services (ground floor accommodations, grab bars, personal assistance, etc.), please send a note along with your needs to registration [AT] warpstock [DOT] org.

Note 5: Registrations for packages A and B received after August 15th will be placed on a wait list for room availability at the hotel. If there are no rooms available, Warpstock will automatically convert the registration to a package C (commuter), and refund the difference. Such registrants will need to make arrangements for lodging at a nearby hotel or motel at their own expense.

Note 6: Additional nights before and after the event may be requested via email to registration [AT] warpstock [DOT] org. The conference rate will be honored for one day before and one day following Warpstock, and on an as-available basis. Requests for additional nights will be forwarded to the hotel in the order in which they are received. If you require more than one night on either side of the event, we will attempt to accommodate you.

Note 7: Guest registration (package A+1) is available only with the purchase of package A.

  Includes admission to all classes and sessions on both days (10/15 - 10/16), single occupancy accommodations for Friday night, 10/14 and Saturday night, 10/15, all hotel meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), and the Saturday Social Outing.

• Package A+1: Guest Registration Fee - Available only with Package A purchase: $175.00

• Package B: Warpstock 2011 Full Conference Registration/Double Accommodations: $450.00 (per person, double occupancy)
